Hands and presence
During a session, one of the most important things is presence—being fully here, without rush, without agenda. When that happens in a shared space, it becomes a kind of invitation: your body starts to feel safe enough to release.
We often begin with gentle touch—placing hands on the back, shoulders, or feet. This isn’t massage. It’s subtle contact meant to calm your nervous system and bring attention inward. Combined with breath work and grounded conversation, the session creates space for whatever’s ready to surface—emotion, memory, or simply deep rest.
It’s a co-regulated space, not something done to you, but with you. You stay clothed and in control the entire time. Each session is different, depending on your needs in that moment.
The goal isn’t to “fix” anything, but to support your system in moving toward more ease, clarity, and connection.
